Plurilingual Education

A main focus area of the project is the plurilingual perspective in early foreign language learning and teaching and how this perspective can be integrated in a Nordic/Baltic context taking migrant languages and Nordic/Baltic languages into account.

The European Language Portfolio (ELP) is a main tool for those who take an interest in integrating a plurilingual perspective in early foreign language learning and teaching.

The project Using the European Language Portfolio brings together the results of various European ELP projects and contains information on how to use the ELP. The project has been financed by the European Centre for Modern Languages, Council of Europe.
